Job Description:

Sourcing candidates both active and inactive candidates

Boolean searching on various online platforms

Ad Writing

Conducting competency-based Interviews with candidates

Discussing job briefs with clients

Marketing candidates proactive into the engineering market

Simplifying and understanding job specifications

Develop client relationships

Source new job roles with new and existing clients

Developing and maintain talent pipelines

Minimum 3-5 years’ experience

Skills & Experience:

Strong written and verbal english communication skills

Strong negotiation skills both with candidates and clients

Influencing skills

Solid Acumen for understanding the engineering technical niche

Understanding of well qualified candidates

Qualification:

Minimum Matric

Tertiary education advantageous

Only South African Residents or individuals with a relevant South African work permit will be considered.
