The Senior Recruitment Consultant / Business Developer will be the first point of presence in Johannesburg, initially operating in a hybrid remote-to-office capacity. The role focuses heavily on driving new business development and full-cycle recruitment across key Johannesburg commercial sectors, with a structured growth path to lead and develop the regional branch as it expands.

Key responsibilities

• Drive new business development and establish an active client base across the Johannesburg market, focusing on core financial services and engineering/manufacturing sectors.
• Manage the end-to-end recruitment process, from sourcing and screening to placement, with delivery support from the established regional team.
• Implement and uphold the agency's brand standards, compliance processes, and service methodologies in a new regional market.
• Collaborate with executive leadership to shape regional marketing and business development strategies.
• Lay the operational foundations for future team expansion and regional branch growth.

• Minimum Matric
• Tertiary Education advantageous
• Drivers License and own vehicle non-negotiable.
• A minimum of 5 years’ agency recruitment experience within the South African permanent placement sector.
• A documented track record of consistent billing and successful new business acquisition.
• An existing professional network within the Gauteng corporate or industrial sectors is highly advantageous.
• Proven capability to manage the full recruitment lifecycle independently in a remote or hybrid environment.
• Strong written and verbal communication skills, aligned with premium client-facing service standards.
