SUMMARY:
Our national and international retail client is looking for a Regional Operations Manager to joining their Retail team based in the Durban KZN Region.

POSITION INFO:

The role is to manage a group of stores through owners/ managers by providing support and guidance to ensure all goals and objectives set for the region are met.

Job Objectives

Sales and growth the regional in sales, profit and grow market share
Minimise costs, shrinkage and control company assets
Manage the risk and security
Ensure company policy has been adhered too
Visit the stores and be able to do inspections
Strong Management skills
open new stores and look for gaps for new opportunities
Good reporting skills and follow through with a solid track record
