A luxurious boutique hotel nestled in Phalaborwa is looking for a SENIOR RESTAURANT FRONT OF HOUSE MANAGER to join their team

POSITION INFO:
A dynamic and guest-focused leadership opportunity within a high-end hospitality environment. This role calls for a seasoned professional with 2–3 years of management experience in the restaurant or hospitality sector, capable of balancing operational precision with warm, hands-on leadership.

Candidate Requirements:

• Minimum 2–3 years’ management experience in hospitality or restaurant settings
• Matric certificate
• Stable work history with sober habits
• Willingness to work split shifts, weekends, and public holidays
• Strong interpersonal skills and ability to handle guest feedback
• Calm, proactive, and resourceful under pressure
• Hands-on leadership style with a collaborative mindset
• Comfortable with HR, stock control, and admin duties
• Ability to build rapport across departments and maintain service standards
• Own transport and valid driver’s license

• Oversee daily front-of-house operations with a strong emphasis on guest satisfaction and service alignment.
• Collaborate closely with the Executive Chef to ensure seamless coordination between front and back of house.
• Manage stock control, HR processes, and administrative duties with accuracy and efficiency.
• Lead, motivate, and develop a high-performance team, fostering a culture of accountability and excellence.
