JOB SUMMARY:
As Restaurant Manager you will manage the front of house team and ensure that the company flagship brand values are instilled in all areas of the restaurants’ service (internal and external). This position requires an individual that is committed to and has a passion for exemplary service and customer relations.

JOB DESCRIPTION:

Key Performance Areas include:

Dealing with customers in a highly professional manner
Developing and maintaining relationships with guests and ensuring they feel welcome
Customer service and relationships with attention to detail
Management of front of house team
Strong administration skills
Understanding and owning the Company brand values
Attention to detail with regards to service and aesthetics
An inherent passion and understanding of what constitutes exemplary service

Minimum Qualifications and Job Requirements:

Hospitality Diploma or equivalent qualification
Min. 3 years’ experience in a similar position (5* exp.)
Excellent people and communication skills
A strong sense and understanding of what constitutes world class service
A team player
A good understanding and passion for the hospitality industry

The Restaurant operates seven days a week, the successful candidate, would as such, be required to work weekends on a shift basis.
