JOB SUMMARY:
We are currently recruiting for a client in the home furniture industry based in Johannesburg North. They are looking for professional, friendly and motivated retailers. Potential candidate MUST have previous experience in a customer-facing role.

JOB DESCRIPTION:

Duties:

General store admin
Customer service
Product Knowledge
Sales (always upselling)
POS operation
Stock takes
Assisting customer queries
Be 2IC (Second in Charge) should managers be unavailable

Inherent requirements:

Bachelor’s degree/Diploma (In process or complete)
Minimum 3 years experience in a premium brand in a retail environment with a knowledge of sales principles
You must feel comfortable working with different systems and technology
Strong verbal and written communication
Driver’s license (advantageous)
Have knowledge of the furniture and home décor industry (advantageous)

Working Hours:

Working hours are on a shift rotational basis and will be discussed on interview
