The Role: Senior Sales Agent
This role focuses on closing sales through direct, face-to-face engagement and product promotion. You''ll represent their market-leading digital products, driving new business opportunities while ensuring each client experience is authentic and professional. Success in this role comes from persistence, people skills, and performance-driven energy.

Key Responsibilities

• Proactively engage potential customers through field and event-based sales.

• Present digital products confidently and accurately to prospective clients.

• Qualify leads, handle objections effectively, and close sales deals.

• Maintain integrity and professionalism in every client interaction.

• Consistently achieve or exceed weekly and monthly sales targets.

• Participate in after-hours activations and weekend events as required (typically 46 PM).

About You

• Matric certificate or higher qualification.

• 2+ years experience in direct, face-to-face, or field sales.

• High drive and ambition with a strong work ethic.

• Personable and authentic you believe people buy from people.

• Adaptable yet disciplined (controlled adaptability).

• Zero excuses mindset accountable, competitive, and goal-oriented.

• Flexible to work evenings and weekends as needed for activations.

Hours: 8 AM - 5 PM (negotiable) | Weekend & after-hours work common for activations.
