Senior Sales Executive

SUMMARY:
My client is a leading freight forwarding and logistics company and they are seeking a Senior Sales Executive to drive new business and manage the full 360° sales cycle.

POSITION INFO:
Responsibilities:

• Manage an assigned territory with deep knowledge of the market, potential clients, and competitors
• Generate new business and maintain a balanced, diverse sales pipeline across all service offerings
• Build strong, long-term relationships with customers, collaborating with internal regional and global teams
• Design and present tailored logistics solutions, including network diagrams and cost-benefit analysis
• Oversee smooth onboarding of new accounts, including credit setup and transition to operations
• Support accounts receivable collections and ensure timely customer follow-up
• Maintain accurate sales data and activity tracking in CRM systems
• Represent the company in relevant trade groups and industry events
• Consistently meet or exceed individual sales targets and KPIs

• Deep understanding of the trade and logistics industry, including market dynamics and key players
• Minimum of 5 years successful sales experience within the freight forwarding or logistics sector
• Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities with exceptional organizational skills
• Able to work effectively both independently and as part of a collaborative team
• Highly motivated, proactive, and driven by targets and results
• Skilled in building trust and long-term relationships with clients at all levels
• Decisive and adaptable, able to respond confidently in fast-paced or changing environments
• Persuasive communicator with the ability to influence outcomes and drive action
