Senior Sales Executive

SUMMARY:

Our client, a specialist vehicle retailer is seeking an ambitious and experienced Senior Sales Executive to join their driven team based in Eastern Cape.

POSITION INFO:

Minimum Requirements:

• Matric and/or relevant qualification.
• Valid driver’s license.
• Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook)
• Advantageous: People Management.

Duties:

• Liaison with clients.
• Record and track accurate sales made.
• Keep record of potential and existing customers.
• Manage sales employee performance evaluations.
• Encourage and maintain relationship with customers.
• Manage all sales administration and customer service activities.
• Train and mentor newly recruited sales representatives.
• Assist newly recruited or less experienced sales representative to with technical questions posed by customers.
• Supervise the sales metrics to determine whether the current sales strategies are working.
• Identify and research in-depth on competitor’s pricing, market success and products to gain. insight into customer partialities and interests.
• Manage and maintain detailed records and create proper documentation of all aspects of the sales team’s activities.
