SUMMARY:
Our client, a specialist vehicle retailer is seeking an ambitious and experienced Senior Sales Executive to join their driven team based in Eastern Cape.
POSITION INFO:
Minimum Requirements:
- Matric and/or relevant qualification.
- Valid driver’s license.
- Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook)
- Advantageous: People Management.
Duties:
- Liaison with clients.
- Record and track accurate sales made.
- Keep record of potential and existing customers.
- Manage sales employee performance evaluations.
- Encourage and maintain relationship with customers.
- Manage all sales administration and customer service activities.
- Train and mentor newly recruited sales representatives.
- Assist newly recruited or less experienced sales representative to with technical questions posed by customers.
- Supervise the sales metrics to determine whether the current sales strategies are working.
- Identify and research in-depth on competitor’s pricing, market success and products to gain. insight into customer partialities and interests.
- Manage and maintain detailed records and create proper documentation of all aspects of the sales team’s activities.
