Key Responsibilities: Identify, pursue, and close new business opportunities within your territory Manage and grow an existing client portfolio through strategic account development Build and maintain a healthy sales pipeline with strong future deal coverage Develop trusted relationships with key decision-makers and stakeholders Conduct professional client needs analysis and solution presentations Prepare proposals, negotiate commercial agreements, and close deals Manage the full sales cycle from prospecting through implementation handover Maintain accurate CRM records and pipeline forecasting Consistently achieve and exceed revenue and gross profit targets Job Experience and Skills Required: Education: Matric (essential) Experience: Minimum 3-5 years' B2B sales experience Proven track record in both new business development and account management Strong experience within the Office Automation industry (essential) Experience in managed print services, business technology solutions, IT services, or telecommunications highly advantageous Demonstrated success selling solution-based products and services Technical Skills: CRM systems and pipeline management Proposal preparation and solution selling Account growth and customer relationship management Sales forecasting and reporting Additional Requirements: Strong commercial acumen and negotiation skills Excellent communication and presentation abilities Hunter mentality with the ability to grow and retain existing accounts Strong understanding of gross profit, margins, and value-based selling Ability to work independently and manage own territory Own reliable vehicle and valid driver's licence essential Willingness to travel when required Apply now!
