Our international client based in Boksburg requires a Sales Manager who can manage the sales position of the company’s premium water filtration systems, including full installation and ongoing service solutions, as the preferred sustainable hydration partner within targeted industries.
This is a high-impact, mid- to senior-level position suited to a results-driven sales leader with a proven background in B2B solution sales, strategic account development, and sector expansion.

- Matric,
- 5–10+ years B2B sales experience
- Proven success in retail, property development, or fitness industries
- Strong experience managing high-value and strategic accounts
- Skilled negotiator with commercial acumen
- Experience using HubSpot or equivalent CRM systems
- Strong presentation and executive communication skills
- Self-driven, structured, and target-oriented
- Passion for sustainability and premium product positioning
DUTIES- Develop and execute a targeted sales strategy for retail, property development, and fitness markets
- Identify high-value opportunities and drive market penetration
- Build a structured growth plan aligned with company’s premium brand positioning
- Monitor competitor activity and market trends to inform strategy
- Establish and manage executive-level relationships with retail buyers, developers, and fitness group decision-makers
- Negotiate commercial agreements, pricing structures, and long-term supply contracts
- Develop sector-specific value propositions and tailored solutions
- Maintain strong client retention and account expansion strategies
- Own full sales pipeline management using HubSpot CRM
- Deliver accurate forecasting and reporting
- Achieve and exceed revenue targets
- Drive high-margin sales aligned to business objectives
- Work closely with marketing to support lead generation campaigns
- Coordinate with operations and installation teams for seamless project delivery
- Provide market intelligence to leadership
- Position company as a premium, sustainable alternative to bottled water
- Represent the brand at industry events and networking platforms
