You will play a key role in translating regulatory and business requirements into well-architected Salesforce implementations, while working closely with compliance, risk, and technology stakeholders. Key Responsibilities
- Design, build, and enhance Salesforce solutions aligned to financial services requirements
- Integrate Salesforce with compliance platforms and external systems to support AML and risk processes
- Develop and optimise automation using Apex, Flows, and Lightning Web Components
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure regulatory and business alignment
- Conduct code reviews, testing, and troubleshooting to ensure quality and security
- Mentor and support junior developers while contributing to technical decision-making
- Stay informed on Salesforce enhancements and regulatory developments to drive continuous improvement
Job Experience and Skills Required
- Relevant bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or similar
- Minimum of five years hands-on Salesforce development experience
- Strong background in Apex, Lightning Web Components, SOQL, and Visualforce
- Proven exposure to financial services environments with compliance requirements
- Solid understanding of AML frameworks such as KYC, FICA, or FATCA
- Experience with Salesforce integrations using APIs and middleware tools
- Exposure to secure data handling and compliance-driven system design
- Advanced Salesforce configuration and custom development capability
- Strong analytical thinking and problem-solving skills
- Experience working within Agile delivery environments
- Ability to communicate effectively with technical and non-technical stakeholders
- Comfortable guiding technical standards and best practices across teams
