Senior Scrum Master (ITC-39)

SUMMARY:
We are seeking a Senior Scrum Master to lead Agile delivery in a complex enterprise environment. This role is ideal for someone with strong coaching capabilities, deep Agile expertise, and a passion for driving Agile transformation.

Key Responsibilities
Scrum Mastery & Agile Facilitation

• Serve as a servant leader and coach across multiple Agile teams, promoting adherence to Agile values, principles, and best practices.
• Facilitate all Scrum ceremonies: Sprint Planning, Daily Stand-ups, Sprint Reviews, and Retrospectives.
• Ensure continuous team improvement through feedback loops, metrics, and process optimization.
• Identify and remove impediments that affect team delivery and performance.
• Build and maintain a high-performing, collaborative team culture.

• Provide Agile coaching to team members, Product Owners, and business stakeholders.
• Mentor junior Scrum Masters and actively promote Agile excellence.
• Educate teams and leadership on Scrum, Kanban, SAFe, and Agile best practices.

• Collaborate with Product Owners to ensure a prioritized and well-structured product backlog.
• Align team objectives with business goals through strong collaboration with technical and business stakeholders.
• Drive cross-team coordination and manage interdependencies for seamless delivery.

• Champion Agile transformation initiatives and embed a culture of continuous learning.
• Track and interpret Agile metrics (velocity, cycle time, burndown charts) to drive informed improvements.
• Contribute to and lead Agile Communities of Practice, fostering organizational-wide adoption of Agile.

• Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Business, or a related field (or equivalent experience).
• Certified Scrum Master (CSM), Certified SAFe Scrum Master (SSM), or equivalent.
• 8+ years of experience as a Scrum Master, with 2+ years in a senior capacity.
• Deep experience with Scrum, Kanban, SAFe, and LeSS frameworks.
• Strong command of Agile tools like Jira, Azure DevOps, or Rally.
• Proven leadership in enterprise-scale Agile delivery.
• Strong background in coaching and mentoring Agile teams.
• SAFe Program Consultant (SPC) or Agile Coach certification preferred.
• Experience in financial services, investments, or related industries is advantageous.
