Senior Server Engineer â€“ Bryanston â€“ up to R1.2m P/A (NEG)

POSITION INFO:

Permanent / full-time opportunity for a Senior Server / Systems Engineer with a JSE listed corporate specialising in the manufacture and supply of chemical products, based in Johannesburg Northern suburbs.

Ideally you will hold a relevant tertiary qualification in IT and have approximately 8+ years’ experience in managing day to day operations and administration of large-scale MS Server environments with sound knowledge of design, configuration and support.

Requirements:

3-year tertiary qualification in IT (or similar)
8+ years’ professional experience in managing day to day operations and administration of large-scale MS Server environments

Sound knowledge and experience with:

Active Directory
DNS
DHCP
TCP/IP
MS Server 2012 - 2019
Hyper-V
SCOM, SCCM, SCVMM
Backup Software such as Veeam
Microsoft Azure
Office365
MS Endpoint Protection
Group policy management
Powershell
