Senior Server Engineer

SUMMARY:
Datacentrix is looking for a Microsoft certified Senior Server Engineer with a combination knowledge and experience of server, storage and networks. Minimum of 5 years Microsoft Server experience. Must have a valid drivers license and own reliable transport.

POSITION INFO:
Primary Role Accountabilities:

• Manage and maintain the Microsoft Hyper-V and VMware environment
• Manage Azure and Office 365 Cloud services
• Have extensive knowledge of Active Directory, including PowerShell and Scripting
• Manage DC’s DNS and DHCP
• Install, Manage and configure Mobile Device Management
• Install, manage and configure Microsoft FEP and WSUS environment
• Install, manage and configure Microsoft Bit Locker
• Manage the Microsoft Enterprise Agreement and KMS server
• Manage Tenable IO and oversee remediation of identified Vulnerabilities
• Install ,manage and configure ManageEngine environment
• Install ,manage and configure SCCM for Anti-virus management
• Perform troubleshooting to diagnose and resolve problems
• Prioritize and manage Service requests and Projects
• Manage on site Server Engineers including task assignments and development
• Manage third parties and service providers
• Provide management reporting

• National Senior Certificate
• 5 Years of Microsoft Server Experience
• Microsoft MCSE/MCITP (2012/2016)
• Microsoft Azure
• Valid Driver’s License and own reliable vehicle
• Excellent Communication and Interpersonal skills.
• Must be able to work flexible hours as may be required
• Must be able to work independently
• Must be able to cope under pressure
• Must be punctual, disciplined and dedicated to effectively execute job requirements keeping in mind INTERNAL and EXTERNAL HR and IT policies in place
• ITIL proficiency will be an advantage
• Strong attention to detail
