SUMMARY:
Our client, a major player in outdoor advertising, is looking for Senior Site Developers with outdoor advertising exp to join their team in Cape Town, this position will be remote but person needs to reside in Cape Town.

POSITION INFO:

Our client, a major player in outdoor advertising, is looking for Senior Site Developers with outdoor advertising exp to join their team in Cape Town, this position will be remote but person needs to reside in Cape Town.

Main job function

Duties include but are not limited too:

Scouting of possible sites
Evaluation of sites (Desktop and road)
Obtain and process additional site information.
Liaise with landlords, owners and Town Council.
Compile basic proposals.
Arrange meetings.
Request motivational letters.
Request Legal Consent.
Request Building Line Relaxation from Juxtapose
Remove Restrictions from title Deed for Agricultural
Liaise with relevant town council.
Attend to and resolve any request by town council.
Drive application up until OACOM Meeting
On installation, take ownership of the project to make sure everything happens when it is supposed to for effective turnaround time.
Engage with engineer and Project Manager for installation.

Qualifications

Matric with relevant tertiary qualification

MUST HAVE OUTDOOR ADVERTISING EXPERIENCE

Experience/Criteria

Own vehicle

Valid drivers
