SUMMARY:
DBN000219 – Senior Softs Merchandiser – Durban North

Purpose of the Job:

Develops and sources products that meet customer needs and drives growth through trends and strong supplier relationships.

Required Qualifications:

Qualification in Merchandising, Retail Management, or a related field.
5 years’ experience in a senior merchandising role in retail, wholesale, or import.
Knowledge of soft furnishings and textiles.
Understanding of retail and wholesale supply chain operations.
Proficient in Microsoft Office.

POSITION INFO:
Key Responsibilities:

Develop and manage softs product ranges using market trends and sales insights.
Source products that meet quality, price, and delivery requirements.
Monitor inventory and manage orders to ensure stock availability.
Build strong relationships with suppliers, customers, and internal teams.
Review product performance and maintain compliance with company policies.
