You’ll lead a strong team of developers and test engineers, setting the tone, guiding performances, and ensuring every release dazzles. Your technical depth in C#, .NET, SQL, APIs, and mobile frameworks will keep you center stage, but it’s your leadership and ability to elevate others that will steal the show.

Skills & Experience:
Proven technical experience with C#, .NET, SQL, Visual Studio, Web & Mobile Development (MVC, Xamarin, .NET MAUI)
Strong grasp of RESTful APIs, Git, and SSRS
Minimim 3+ years in a leadership or mentorship capacity — you know how to bring out Oscar-worthy performances in your team
Excellent planning, organization, and people management skills
Confident decision-maker with an eye for quality and a passion for guiding others toward greatness

Qualification:
Relevant IT degree or diploma.
