Take ownership of the architecture and development of enterprise-scale platforms used by financial advisers and clients across South Africa. This is an opportunity for a Senior Developer / Solutions Architect to drive innovation, modernise systems through microservices and cloud-native technologies, and play a key role in delivering business-critical solutions within a high-performing environment.

POSITION INFO:
Key Responsibilities: Define and execute the technical roadmap in alignment with business objectives and strategic initiatives. Review and enhance existing application architecture, driving the adoption of microservices and cloud-native solutions. Collaborate with developers, business analysts, testers, and external partners to deliver high-quality solutions. Assess, validate, and refine development requirements with business stakeholders before implementation. Implement and maintain coding standards, development best practices, and continuous improvement initiatives. Integrate services using modern cloud platforms and technologies. Act as a technical representative in business engagements and solution discussions. Develop and improve processes for gathering, reviewing, and analysing development requirements.
