Senior Software Developer Position(.NET)

SUMMARY:
An international risk management company is looking for a Senior Software Developer (.Net). It is essential that the successful candidate comes with 5+ years’ experience.

POSITION INFO:

Minimum Requirements:

• BA/BS degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or related field.
• 5+ years’ experience in .Net development.
• Experience on one platform, multi database, multi-language or multi business application.
• Proficient in .Net (C#) programming.
• Developing Integrated solutions (API, Web Services).
• Good working knowledge of Microsoft Azure, Azure Batch, Azure functions, Application insights, Microsoft Graph API, Azure DevOps (ADO), or Git.
• Experience with the full Software Development Life Cycle (SDLC), using agile scrum or Kanban methodologies.
• Proficient in HTML, CSS, and JavaScript (TypeScript).
• Some experience in JavaScript, HTML5, CSS3 and Blazor, Angular, React JS (building SPA applications).
• Knowledge on building complex web applications (RESTful APIs, Security best practices, Scalability).
• Strong Experience in creating Informatica Workflows and or SSIS packages for complex ETL processes with various sources such as Flat files, SQL server, Oracle, JSON etc.

Roles and Responsibilities:

• Develop and maintain databases and software applications using programming language including but not limited to SQL and .NET application.
• Provide support for software applications and databases.
• Analyse client needs and develop a system to meet those needs.
• Participates in the full software development cycle from ideation to release phase and provides post-production support.
• Provide estimated development time frames for assigned Software Development projects to ensure accurate planning and delivery of projects.
