SUMMARY:
Senior Developer l Development lead to join a software development function, reporting directly to the HOD. You will be responsible for technical contribution, designing, building and maintaining business-critical systems while also guiding and monitoring junior developers
POSITION INFO:
Key Responsibilities:
- Lead dayâtoâday development across multiple platforms in line with the technical roadmap.
- Design, build, and maintain highâquality solutions using modern .NET technologies, while supporting and modernising legacy systems.
- Take ownership of complex features, ensuring performance, security, and scalability.
- Mentor and support junior developers through code reviews, guidance, and knowledge sharing.
- Implement development standards, architectural principles, and best practices across code quality, testing, security, and DevOps.
- Develop and maintain cloudânative and integrated solutions on Microsoft Azure and the Microsoft 365 ecosystem.
- Support innovation and the responsible use of emerging technologies, including AI.
- Collaborate closely with the Head of Development, internal stakeholders, and external partners as required.
Job Experience and skill required
- Degree in Computer Science, Information Technology or related
- 7+ years of software development experience, with 1 - 2 years in a lead or mentoring role
- Experience in the following technology
- ASP.NET Core, MVC, C#, SQL Server
