Network Engineering are on the hunt for a seriously sharp Senior Application Software Engineer to join our dynamic team

Key Responsibilities:

*Building powerful front-end and back-end software for real-world control and surveillance systems (yep, think C2 & ISR).

Taking features from sketch to launch—requirements, design, dev, testing—you own it.
Researching new tech and domains so you’re always one step ahead.
Getting stuck into production tasks, testing, documentation, and whatever else makes great software happen.

Job Experience & Skills Required (Ideal Candidate Profile):

A solid Bachelor’s in Comp Sci or Engineering (Master’s? Even better!)
8+ years of coding and problem-solving chops (but if you’re brilliant, talk to us anyway).
You’ve worked with C++, Java, and Python (or similar).
Git, Agile, Jira—if you know, you know.
Strong team skills, fast learner, and a knack for figuring things out.

Bonus points if you’ve dabbled in:

Modern C++ (C++11 and up)
XML, JSON, YAML wizardry
Working on systems where failure is not an option
