POSITION INFO:

 Requirements

• Must be a senior candidate with 5+ years’ experience. Technology expertise utilising Java, Spring Frontend with Angular/React etc. or AWS stack
• 3 Years IT related degree (mandatory)
• Post-graduate qualification (advantageous)
• AWS Cloud certification (advantageous)
• Relevant technical certifications combined with 4+ years application development experience (Java, Python,
• Android, SQL)

Key Performance

• Proactively ensure adherence to all IT Governance Frameworks including policies, procedures, processes and standards.
• Identify and implement suitable solutions to new and existing business requirements (changes and projects) aligned to best practise and standards relevant to the Senior Software Developer portfolio.
• Ensure that work estimates, updates and feedback are produced in a timely manner and aligned to the agreed communications plan for all relevant stakeholders.
• Build and maintain relationships with IT and portfolio stakeholders to define and implement a continuous improvement plan, drive collaboration within the organisation and provide consistent customer support.
• Effectively manage and develop self to deliver on agreed individual and team objectives.
