SUMMARY:
Datacentrix Eastern Cape is looking for a Senior Support Engineer to be based in Plettenberg Bay. You must have extensive experience supporting Microsoft Exchange 2010 and Active Directory. You must have proven experience in managing incidents and service requests, deployment and ongoing maintenance of desktops, laptops, mobile devices, and their peripheral equipment ensuring infrastructure (including LAN) complies with customer standards, policies, and guidelines. Experience in Staff supervision essential.

Critical Requirements on Skills, Experience & Qualifications
- Matric or Grade 12 Essential
- 5 years of solid technical experience in LAN, End User devices and PC’s, Microsoft
- Microsoft MCSA 2016 or Equivalent
- Extensive experience supporting Microsoft Exchange 2010 or higher
- Extensive experience supporting Active Directory
- Minimum 3 years supervisor experience
- ITIL v2 Foundation experience
- Extensive experience supporting multi-Vendor Hardware and Software platforms
- Self-starter with a proven track record and contactable references
- Essential Own reliable transport and driver’s license
