SUMMARY:
We are seeking an experienced and ambitious Talent Acquisition Specialist to join our successful, dynamic team working from our Cape Town offices in Parrow North. The role will involve building relationships, developing and retaining new business, as well as servicing clients from a recruitment perspective.

We have no restrictions on marketing area, offer an above market basic salary and monthly commission with no desk fee deficit carried forward. Numerous new Client job specs are supplied to Recruitment Consultants.

Required Experience:

Minimum of 2 years’ experience in 360-degree recruitment
Proven track record in revenue generation and client retention
Excellent written and verbal communication skills
A passion for sales and building long-term client relationships
Experience in candidate assessment, interviewing, reporting, profiling, and database management
Strong knowledge of recruitment processes within an agency environment
Own reliable transport is essential
