We are seeking an experienced and ambitious Talent Acquisition Specialist to join our dynamic and successful team based at our offices in Umhlanga, KwaZulu-Natal. This role involves developing strong client relationships, driving new business growth, and delivering end-to-end recruitment solutions to meet our clients’ staffing needs.

Key Responsibilities:
- Full 360-degree recruitment, including sourcing clients and candidates, interviewing, placing candidates, and post-placement service to the client.
- Proactive business development through cold calling and telesales
- Building and maintaining long-term client relationships
- Servicing and managing client accounts from a recruitment perspective
Required Experience & Skills:- Minimum 2 years of 360-degree recruitment experience (preferably in an agency setting)
- Demonstrated success in revenue generation and client retention
- Strong verbal and written communication skills
- Passion for sales and relationship building
- Experience with candidate assessment, interviewing, reporting, profiling, and database management
- Thorough understanding of recruitment processes in an agency environment
- Reliable transport to and from work is essential
