This job requires experience in BOTH Talent Development and Learning & Development. We are not looking for Trainers of HRD Specialists.

JOB DESCRIPTION:

Purpose:
To facilitate the implementation of Talent Management Strategies in accordance with the companies'''''''''''''''' objectives.

Minimum Requirements:

A suitable NQF 7 Degree is required.
Minimum Five (5) years experience in designing talent & development solutions.
A proven track record of delivering results on time and on budget.
Understanding Organisational Effectiveness principles.
3 years of relevant experience in an SDF/ facilitation role.
Knowledge and thorough understanding of legislative framework of SAQA & Skills Development.
Project management, Presentation, Coaching, Facilitation & Research Skills are needed.
We will prioritize Employment Equity candidates.

Key Performance Areas:

Talent management execution.
Organisational diagnostic.
Provide specialist guidance & facilitation.
Develop a project charter and establish a high-level roadmap to deliver on the project vision.
Develop & implement L&D solutions.
Drive the performance of the L&D projects, provide active management of project components/work streams and resolve project quality and design issues.
