Senior Team Lead

This role will be responsible for overseeing projects and supporting various development duties. The responsibilities of senior developers include writing code, analyzing data, and contributing to the design and implementation of software. To be successful as a senior developer, you should demonstrate great skill in creativity and innovation, ability to thrive in a high-pressure environment, and possess excellent communication skills. Ultimately, a top-notch senior developer should have extensive experience in software development, be able to keep up to date with deadlines, and have strong analytical skills.

Duties and Responsibilities

• Solve problems – resolve issues thoroughly; focus on addressing the client''''s priorities first and foremost; investigate solutions completely through detailed research; estimate tasks accurately; and provide clear explanations of deliverables, risks, and assumptions; and takes ownership of their work and takes pride in their craft
• Share knowledge – communicate clearly and concisely with internal and external stakeholders, mentor other developers, tailor communication to the audience, and proactively provides timely and complete project statuses
• Prioritize, schedule, and scope work to meet deliverables
• Excellent onsite/offshore coordination
• Draw up specifications
• Engage with team

Key requirements:

• BSc or any relevant IT qualifications
• 10 years development experience
