Senior Technical Lead

SUMMARY:
We are seeking a Senior Technical Lead Developer to bridge the gap between high-level architecture and hands-on implementation, ensuring the delivery of scalable, high-performance applications across web, desktop, and mobile platforms. This role combines technical mastery with leadership, coaching developers while driving alignment with enterprise architecture, security, and performance standards. You will be the go-to expert for system design, clean code practices, and cutting-edge technologies, while fostering a culture of continuous improvement and innovation.

POSITION INFO:
Qualifications & Experience:

• Education: Bachelor’s/Master’s in Computer Science or related field.
• Experience:
  
  • 8+ years in full stack development (C#, .NET 6/8, Angular, SQL Server, and REST APIs).
  • 3+ years in a technical leadership/architecture role.
  • Expertise in cloud-native development (Azure), containerization (Docker/K8s), and IaC.
  • Strong grasp of architecture frameworks (TOGAF, Microservices, and CQRS).
  • Insurance industry or legacy modernization experience is a plus.

• Architecture & Solution Implementation:
  • Translate solution architectures into robust, scalable applications while adhering to security, performance, and observability best practices.
  • Collaborate on reusable design patterns and prototype critical components to validate feasibility.
  • Champion non-functional requirements (NFRs): Fault tolerance, scalability, and resilience.
• Technical Leadership & Mentorship:
  • Mentor Developers in advanced techniques (async programming, distributed systems, and performance optimization).
  • Lead code reviews, enforce SOLID principles, and promote TDD/BDD and Domain-Driven Design (DDD).
  • Conduct workshops to up-skill teams on emerging technologies and best practices.
• Execution & Delivery:
  • Define technical tasks, estimates, and risk mitigation strategies for complex projects.
  • Drive CI/CD pipelines, DevSecOps practices, and automated testing (unit, integration, and security).
  • Resolve cross-system dependencies and legacy integration challenges.
• Governance & Collaboration:
  • Ensure compliance with regulatory standards and enterprise architecture.
  • Partner with security, infrastructure, and product teams to align technical roadmaps.
  • Maintain technical documentation and deployment playbooks.
