POSITION INFO:

Our client is looking for a Senior Technical Leader to join their team.Â

Duties and Responsibilities:Â

* Identify solution designs and perform business analysis of client requirements.Â
* Transform requirements into technical task specifications.Â
* Provide technical oversight to the development team in order for them to complete development tasks successfully.Â
* Assist in the development and execution training for internal RMG employees.Â
* Act as a subject matter expert as it pertains to website architecture and work with cross-functional teams to help resolve issues.Â
* Collaborate with various other teams such as Systems Engineering, Quality Assurance, and Digital Production.Â

* Strong data modeling aptitude.Â
* A technical mindset with great attention to detail.Â
* Excellent organizational and leadership skills.Â
* Understand and apply application architecture standards, policies and procedures.Â

Qualifications:Â Â

* Degree or National Diploma in Computer Science or related Software Engineering Qualification.Â
* 8 years experience leading Engineering teams focused on product-led growth and scale on an enterprise SaaS platform.Â
* At least 3 years in an Agile environment.Â
At least 3 years of experience in leading teams by training, mentoring and growing the team(s) by keeping them motivated. <
* 8 years of experience with hands-on development contribution along with 3 years of team management as Technical Lead experience using Microsoft, Cloud-Native & Open source technology stack to build applications and services.Â
* Excellent knowledge of software and application design and architecture. Proven competency in software design patterns and knowledge of best practices.Â Â
