CAPE TOWN - Senior Inbound Travel/Sales Consultants required for successful, reputable and well-established market leader in the travel industry.
POSITION INFO:
Our highly reputable and well-established client is seeking experienced and passionate Inbound Tour Consultants to join the following divisions : UK Europe These roles are ideal for a dynamic, detail-oriented and experienced consultants with strong Southern African destination knowledge and experience working with international tour operators. The successful candidate will be required to: Handle inbound FIT and\/or group travel enquiries Design and quote tailor-made itineraries Manage bookings from quotation through to completion Build strong relationships with overseas tour operators and suppliers Deliver exceptional customer service and professional communication Negotiate effectively to secure best value and convert enquiries into bookings Participate in after-hours duty phone rotation In order for your application to be considered we require the following: Minimum 5 years' inbound tour consulting experience Previous experience dealing with overseas tour operators Strong knowledge of Southern African travel products and destinations FIT and\/or group quoting experience Excellent organisational, communication, and negotiation skills Computer literate with good Microsoft Word skills Ability to multitask in a fast-paced environment Positive attitude, strong work ethic, and team-oriented approach If you are passionate about travel and thrive in a fast-paced, collaborative environment, we would love to hear from you.
