We are currently building our IT talent database and are looking to connect with experienced Senior UI\/UX & Digital Product Designers for current and future opportunities. We are particularly interested in professionals with strong experience in responsive digital design, user journeys, information architecture, design systems, prototyping and enterprise application interfaces. Key Responsibilities: - Design responsive and mobile-first user experiences for public-facing and transactional digital services. - Develop user journeys, information architecture, wireframes, prototypes and high-fidelity interface designs. - Create design systems, reusable components and implementation-ready design specifications. - Design forms, workflows, tables, search and filtering experiences and data-driven interfaces. Collaborate with developers and stakeholders through handover, UAT and production refinement. Job Experience & Skills Required \/ Ideal Candidate Profile: Education - Degree or National Diploma in Graphic Design, UI\/UX Design or an equivalent relevant qualification is required. - Relevant professional design, UX or accessibility certifications will be advantageous. - Formal training in usability, interaction design or design-system practices will be advantageous. - Additional information security qualifications will be advantageous Experience - 5+ years of professional experience in graphic design and UI\/UX layouts. - Strong hands-on experience designing responsive and mobile-first web applications. - Professional portfolio demonstrating digital interface, product or enterprise application design work. - Experience with enterprise applications such as CMSs, dashboards, recruitment systems, document portals or workflow applications will be highly advantageous. Skills - UI\/UX design, user journeys, wireframing, prototyping and information architecture. - Figma and\/or comparable professional design and prototyping tools. - Design systems, visual hierarchy, interaction design and usability. - WCAG 2.2 AA awareness, developer handoff and collaboration with engineering teams.
