Senior Vice President Integrated Services

SUMMARY:
Client in the MINING INDUSTRY requires the services of a Senior Vice President Integrated Services at their plant in the West Rand as soon as possible

POSITION INFO:

The appointee should:

• Have NQF 8 (Post Graduate Diploma / Honours Degree / Professional Qualification) in Finance or Accounting.
• Be a Chartered Accountant (Management or Financial)
• Have at least 12 years’ experience in a related position of which 7 years should have been at a senior management level or experience in a functional / specialist area.
• Have a valid driver’s license.
• Have a clear security screening record.
• Be declared medically fit for the position and environment, as determined by a risk based medical examination
  at the relevant Occupational Health Centre.

Key responsibilities:

• Formulating and leading implementation of the SA integrated Services strategy and alignment between relevant departments - Shared Services, (transactional financial and payroll services), Warehousing, Supply Chan, Fleet and Transportation Management Health Services, Tax, Capital and Central Management Accounting.
• Focusing on health, safety and operational excellence.
• Improving our position internationally and externally in terms of ESG.
• Contributing to the development of the group technology and digitalisation strategy and driving adoption with shared learning optimised across operating segments.
• Ensuring adherence to financial reporting standards.
• Support the culture and growth programme per segment as it pertains to empowered employees.
• Align to international responsible mining principles
