We are looking for a Senior Wallstreet Engineer to join our financial services client based in Sandton for a 12-months contract role.

We are looking for a highly skilled Senior Wallstreet Engineer / Product Specialist - Wallstreet to play a pivotal role in analyzing the current technical architecture of the Wallstreet platform and designing future-fit solutions that support the company’s evolving foreign exchange (FX) needs.

POSITION INFO:

What you will be doing:

Collaborate with cross-functional teams to analyze, document, and optimize existing Wallstreet platform functionality and its application within the business.
Lead the design and implementation of future Wallstreet integration solutions using existing APIs and backend systems.
Troubleshoot and resolve technical issues to maintain platform performance and stability.
Serve as the bridge between technical teams and business stakeholders to ensure smooth project execution.
Provide expert-level support and training to internal users and clients.
Define and scope future product requirements based on business and market needs.
Conduct regular product reviews to ensure ongoing alignment with strategic objectives.

What we are looking for:

Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field.
Minimum of 5 years of professional experience.
In-depth knowledge and experience with the Wallstreet application.
Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities.
Proven ability to design, deliver, and validate technical solutions end-to-end.
