SUMMARY:
Well-established Attorneys based in the Northern Suburbs of Cape Town is looking to employ an experienced Senior Conveyancing Secretary to join their organization. Suitable candidates must meet the following criteria:

POSITION INFO:

Requirements:

• 10 years’ + experience as a conveyancing secretary.
• Grade 12 / National Senior Certificate. 
• Applicable Tertiary Qualification.
• Experience with:
  • Transfers – Deceased Estate Transfers.
  • Bond Registrations.
  • Bond Cancellations.
  • Storedoc; etc.

Duties and Sub-departments

• Deceased and Curatorship Estate Transfers.
• Normal Transfers.
• Standard bank bond registrations and cancellations.
• Nedbank bond registrations and cancellations.
• Commercial Bonds.
• Attending to Conveyancing transactions via Lexis Nexis and Web Convey.
