JOB SUMMARY:
Our client based in Johannesburg is looking for a Server Engineer on a 03 months contract with experience in GPO / Azure Active directory/ DHCP and SCCM. Candidates need to have HyperV experience and have on prem and cloud experience as well.

JOB DESCRIPTION:

Proven experience as a Cloud Infrastructure Engineer, or similar role.
Relevant operational experience in running and maintaining enterprise systems within a large organisation.
In-depth knowledge of virtualised systems, networks (LAN, WAN) and Azure cloud computing.
Technical experience with cloud and hybrid infrastructures, virtualisation, database migrations, and technology management
Experience in the administering of Office 365, Azure and related cloud platforms.
Sound knowledge in building and running elements of disaster recovery, backup, and system availability.
Experience with backup solutions.
Experience with SCCM, deploying Microsoft security updates, and configuring images for laptops/desktops.
Experience with GPO / Azure Active directory/ DHCP.
Familiarity with various operating systems and platforms. Windows 2012, and 2016/ 2019
Experience with Nutanix would be an added advantage.
