* General Admin

* Prepare and deliver detailed quotations within 24 hours.

* Work in progress monitoring.

* Manage and respond to customer enquiries, service calls and urgent requests.

* Work closely with the workshop to ensure efficient service delivery.

* Maintain customer relationships.

Requirements:

* Grade 12

* Computer and related software abilities

* Strong administration skills.

* Be able to work under pressure and solve various challenges.

* Excellent communication skills.

* Excellent time management skills and deadline driven.
