SUMMARY:
We are seeking a customer-focused and well-organised Service Advisor to join our automotive dealership. The ideal candidate will deliver exceptional customer service, coordinate workshop bookings, and ensure a smooth and professional service experience for every client.

POSITION INFO:
Description:

Welcome customers and assist with service enquiries
Book vehicles in for service, maintenance, and repair
Prepare job cards, quotations, and invoices
Communicate updates between customers and the workshop
Advise customers on required services, parts, and follow-up work
Ensure all work is authorised and properly documented
Perform after-service follow-ups and maintain customer satisfaction
Maintain accurate records on the dealership system
Work closely with workshop technicians and parts department

Requirements:

Previous experience as a Service Advisor in the automotive industry (essential)
Strong customer service and communication skills
Good understanding of motor vehicle servicing and repairs
Computer literate and confident with dealership/workshop systems
Able to handle a fast-paced, customer-driven environment
Professional, well-presented, and organised
Valid driver’s licence
