Service Advisor

SUMMARY:
A well-established multifranchise automotive dealership in the West Rand is looking to appoint a professional and customer-focused Service Advisor to join their aftersales team.

POSITION INFO:
Key Responsibilities:

• Act as the primary point of contact between customers and the workshop
• Book vehicles in for service, maintenance, and repairs
• Prepare job cards, costings, and estimates accurately
• Communicate repair progress and timelines clearly to customers
• Ensure high levels of customer satisfaction and CSI standards
• Liaise with technicians, parts, and warranty departments
• Follow up on outstanding work and completed jobs

• Previous experience as a Service Advisor within a dealership environment
• Strong customer service and communication skills
• Good technical understanding of vehicle servicing and repairs
• Ability to work under pressure in a fast-paced environment
• Computer literacy and experience with dealer management systems
• Valid driver’s licence
