POSITION INFO:
Requirements:
- Minimum of 2 years’ experience as a Service Advisor and/or Warranty Clerk in the motor industry
- Strong understanding of dealership service processes and warranty procedures
- Excellent communication and customer service skills
- Computer literate (experience with dealership management systems advantageous)
- Ability to work under pressure and handle multiple tasks
Key Responsibilities:- Acting as the first point of contact for service customers, providing excellent customer support
- Coordinating vehicle bookings, updates, and follow-ups with clients
- Processing warranty claims and ensuring compliance with manufacturer standards
- Preparing job cards and ensuring accurate service documentation
- Liaising between customers, technicians, and management to ensure a smooth workflow
