Service Manager - Pump Repair Workshop R25 - R35 000, Medical aid 50/50, 13th cheque, Incentive bonus based on company and individual performance Based in Olifantsfontein

POSITION INFO:
Minimum requirements:

• Will be servicing mainly farmers
• Must be expert in Water Pumps - 5 years exp in running a workshop
• Strong pump fault finding skills
• Strong report writing skills
• Will be Managing Team etc
• Training of staff and customers on Pumps
• The Service / Customer Manager is responsible for the after-sales service on all pumps in the service centre. The Manager is customer orientated, ambitious, hands-on and technically skilled. Also responsible for the service training for service partners and involved with the rollout of the servitization strategy.

• Grade 12 / N3 Certificate
• At least 5-8 years experience in a similar position

• Fault finding and problem-solving on pumps
• Ability to read technical drawings
• Experience in AC/DC as well as VSD drives
• Have a broad knowledge of pumps
• Have a broad knowledge of all the parts that are used in pump service centre’s
• Basic understanding of the process flow in a service centre
• Computer literate in Microsoft and previous knowledge of ERP''s
