SUMMARY:
Service Manager - Pump Repair Workshop R25 - R35 000, Medical aid 50/50, 13th cheque, Incentive bonus based on company and individual performance Based in Olifantsfontein

POSITION INFO:
Minimum requirements:

Will be servicing mainly farmers
Must be expert in Water Pumps - 5 years exp in running a workshop
Strong pump fault finding skills
Strong report writing skills
Will be Managing Team etc
Training of staff and customers on Pumps
The Service / Customer Manager is responsible for the after-sales service on all pumps in the service centre. The Manager is customer orientated, ambitious, hands-on and technically skilled. Also responsible for the service training for service partners and involved with the rollout of the servitization strategy.

Minimum Qualifications:

Grade 12 / N3 Certificate
At least 5-8 years experience in a similar position

Minimum Experience:

Fault finding and problem-solving on pumps
Ability to read technical drawings
Experience in AC/DC as well as VSD drives
Have a broad knowledge of pumps
Have a broad knowledge of all the parts that are used in pump service centre’s
Basic understanding of the process flow in a service centre
Computer literate in Microsoft and previous knowledge of ERP''s
