SUMMARY:
Datacentrix is looking for Service Delivery Coordinator in Potchefstroom for our client in the Healthcare sector on contract for a minimum of 1 Year. The successful coordinators will provide support to the ICT functions and business processes for the full ICT technical landscape which includes: Infrastructure, Applications, Business Intelligence etc. Strong communications skills are required for this position with a very user centric approach.
Certification in ITIL or equivalent service management is essential

Key Responsibilities
- To provide service delivery and support to internal Stakeholders and clients
- Manage and mitigate ICT and Infrastructure risks within the Organization
- Maintain continuous improvement within the ICT and Infrastructure environment.
- Develop and maintain ICT support procedures.
- To maintain stakeholder relations and client service within ICT and Infrastructure department.
- To monitor and control ICT assets within the company
- Full time on site
- Matric Essential
- Tertiary Qualification required
