Service Delivery Manager

SUMMARY:
Are you a Key Accounts Manager with a technical background? You love operations, nurturing business relationships and believe the customer is king! You will need a payments background to join this well-renowned company who are a leader in their field.

POSITION INFO:

Looking for an energetic Key Account Manager with good leadership skills to nurture customer relationships.  Your duties will include, amongst others - regular customer meetings, evaluating and escalating incidents, contract renewals and dealing with 3^rd party suppliers.  You will also draft reports and interpret the data to ultimately improve service delivery.

Skills & Experience:

Good technical background and understanding

Team lead/people management experience

Skilled in managing 3rd parties and 3rd parties delivered services

Fundamental knowledge of payments and EFT processing is essential

Qualification:

Matric

Relevant IT qualification
