  Skills and Experience:

  Essential Qualification:

  • A+
  • N+
  • Grade 12

  Preferred Qualification:

  • ITIL v3 or 4 certification

  Experience required:

  • Vodacom application knowledge. (iCap, Eppix, Morpheus 2, M2 Dealer, RICA, VCOZA, Service Base, Vodaview, Mediation Zone, SFG etc)
  • Remedy and/or HP Service desk experience
  • Event management, NOC/ NMC , HP BSM dashboard monitoring experience
  • Go getter
  • Call Centre Experience
  • Requires to perform daily application availability checks and event monitoring tasks
  • To engage with service providers for follow ups and feedback on technical queries to ensure efficient and quick turnaround times on tickets logged
  Other:
  • Willing to work 24x7x365 shifts (3 x 8 hours shifts per day â?? 6 days on 4 days off). This may change according to business requirements
