Service Desk Manager

SUMMARY:
Our client is currently recruiting for a Service Desk Manager, to define service desk delivery strategy and processes that support it and monitor implementation with a view to improve service efficiency at lower cost. Offer customer support, manage incidents, requests, problem changes and releases.

POSITION INFO:

Requirements:

• National Diploma in Information Technology, Information Systems or Related field
• Bachelor’s Degree in computer science, Information Technology, Information Systems OR related field would be advantageous
• 8 years of experience in Information Technology, 5 years should be in Service Delivery with management skills
• ITIL certified
• COBIT certified
• Strong knowledge of governance and security control requirements
• Knowledge and understanding of legislative requirements for IT
