- 3-5 years Team Lead experience preferably in a Service Desk environment.
- Responsible to manage all contractual service levels.
- Management of all agents under his/her direct report.
- Provide guidance and assistance to the team to ensure we deliver a world class service.
- Manage reporting and projects related to the Service Desk.
- Attend all required customer meetings.
Skills and Experience:
Essential Qualification:
- Matric
- A+
- N+
- ITIL 3 or 4 Foundations
- MCSE / Equivalent
- Soft Skills
Preferred Qualification:
- Certification in Junior Management
- ITIL Intermediate
Experience required:

Management of service desk agents to drive process compliance and service delivery to the client.
