SUMMARY:
Use your experience to form part of a dynamic team working on exciting projects within machine building. Manage a brilliant team in the manufacturing and fabrication industry that will be installing, commissioning and providing maintenance assistance of specialized machinery.

POSITION INFO:

Attend machine breakdowns and guarantee speedy repair services

Prepare and monitor reports on new and earlier machine commissioning and installations

Create and ensure preventative maintenance plans are implemented

Conduct machine inspections

Write recommendation reports

Client Liaison

Manage all health and safety policies and procedures

Fault finding on PLCs

Manage and assist contractors on site

Skills & Experience:

Minimum 5 years’ experience

Mechanical and Electrical/electronic experience (Essential)

Projects-based environment experience (Essential)

Machine building experience (Essential)

Rigging experience (Advantageous)

Food processing knowledge (Advantageous)

Experience as a health and safety office (Advantageous)

Exceptional communication skills

Qualification:

BTech Mechanical Engineering/Diploma/Trade Test Millwright

Health and Safety qualifications (Advantageous)

Only South African Residents or individuals with a relevant South African work permit will be considered.
