Service Foreman

SUMMARY:
We are looking for a skilled and experienced Service Foreman to oversee the daily operations of our clients multi-brand workshop. The ideal candidate will have strong technical expertise, excellent leadership skills, and the ability to manage workflow efficiently while maintaining the highest standards of service quality.

POSITION INFO:

✨ Key Responsibilities:
✅Supervise and lead the team of technicians across multiple brands

✅Oversee diagnostics, repair quality, and job card accuracy

✅Manage workshop productivity and workflow allocation

✅Ensure compliance with OEM standards and dealership procedures

✅Support technicians with complex diagnostics and repairs

✅Maintain high levels of customer satisfaction through quality control

✅Train and mentor junior technicians

✅Enforce health, safety, and housekeeping standards

✅Assist the Service Manager with reporting and operational planning

📌 Requirements:
✔ National Senior Certificate

✔ Motor Mechanic Trade Test (essential)

✔ Minimum 3 years’ experience as a Service Foreman at a franchised dealership
