Service Manager - Shelly Beach - KwaZulu Natal

JOB DESCRIPTION:

Our client is looking for an experience Service Manager for their Workshop.

As Service Manager, you will be responsible for the strategic planning and development of the service department to ensure ongoing profitability.

Requirements:

Minimum of 5 years Service Manager experience in a Franchise Dealership
Strong technical skills
Computer literate
Excellent people skills and customer care experience
Handle pressure

Responsibilities:

Lead, develop and motivate staff (manage 10-15 staff members in a workshop currently booking an average of 25-30 vehicles per day - want to increase bookings to 40 vehicles bookings per day)
Drive the productivity, efficiency, and the customer service index.
Managing cost and increase the profitability of the service and department

Ability to motivate the service department effectively and positively
