Service Manager (Rustenburg)

SUMMARY:

Well known manufacturing and mining supplier requires an experienced Service Manager to manage all the day-to-day maintenance and service-related duties within the Service Centre and customer site contracts where applicable.

POSITION INFO:
Matric with a technical qualification (N3 or Process Engineering or Trade Tested Artisan) is required
Mineral processing industry experience is essential
Oversee Service Technicians and Service Centre Teams (40 staff)
Manage labour, costs and ensure mining clients are happy
Develop, maintain and improve all processes
Optimise and set up programmes to improve equipment effectiveness
Continuous improvements in Lean and Kaizen
Ensure safety compliance to mitigate risks and potential losses
Sell additional services to customers to ensure expansion and locking-in of customers through delivering maintenance, repairs and integrated solutions
Own transport and valid drivers license
